By accessing or using yolandethame.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, including those who submit enquiries through our contact form.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, set drawings, design documentation, architectural renderings, video content, case study writing, and the overall design and presentation of the Site — is the original work of Yolande Thame or is used with appropriate rights clearances. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from Yolande Thame.

Production stills from studio productions (including Marvel Studios, Walt Disney Pictures, Paramount Pictures, FilmNation Entertainment, and Museum of Diversity) are displayed for professional portfolio purposes only and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

4. Contact Form and Communications

The Site includes a contact form powered by WPForms. When you submit an enquiry, your name, email address, and message are collected and transmitted to info@ythame.com. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We use WP Mail SMTP (via Resend) to deliver contact form submissions. Email data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy below.

  • Rank Math SEO — search engine optimisation metadata
  • LiteSpeed Cache — server-side page caching (LiteSpeed Technologies)

  • hCaptcha — spam prevention on the contact form (Intuition Machines, Inc.)
  • YouTube (Google LLC) — embedded video content on case study pages and the homepage. When YouTube videos are embedded, Google may collect data in accordance with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy, even if you do not interact with the video.
  • FooGallery — image gallery display
  • Smadi.tv — linked in the footer; governed by its own separate terms

6. Embedded Video Content

Some pages on this Site embed video content from YouTube (Google LLC). YouTube may display authentication prompts or other notices as part of their platform’s bot-detection systems. We do not control YouTube’s behaviour within embedded players. Fallback images are displayed where video fails to load.

7. Project Information Under Non-Disclosure

Some projects referenced on this Site are subject to active non-disclosure agreements. Information about those projects is intentionally limited. The presence of a project reference on this Site does not constitute disclosure of any confidential information.
